1. Agreement to Terms

By booking, registering, or attending any class, program, or event with Phoenix Bachata Dance, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. No Refund Policy (IMPORTANT)

All sales are final and non-refundable.

• No refunds will be issued once a class, event, or program has started
• No refunds for missed classes
• No refunds due to personal schedule conflicts

This policy is clearly disclosed before purchase and is binding under Arizona service-based business practices.

3. Commitment Policy

If you enroll in a membership or multi-month program:

• You agree to complete the full commitment period
• Payments will continue as agreed at checkout
• Failure to attend does not cancel your obligation

4. Payments

• Payments must be completed on time
• Failed payments may result in suspension of access
• You authorize recurring charges if applicable

5. Credits / Goodwill

We may offer credits or transfers at our discretion.

This is:

• Not guaranteed
• Not equivalent to a refund

6. Assumption of Risk (Waiver)

You understand that dance involves physical activity and potential risk of injury.

By participating, you:

• Voluntarily assume all risks
• Release Phoenix Bachata Dance, instructors, and staff from liability
• Confirm you are physically able to participate

7. Liability Release

To the fullest extent permitted under Arizona law, Phoenix Bachata Dance is not liable for:

• Injuries
• Damages
• Loss of personal property

8. Conduct Policy

We reserve the right to remove any participant who:

• Disrupts the class
• Acts inappropriately
• Creates an unsafe environment

No refunds will be issued in such cases.

9. Media Release

You grant permission for photos/videos to be used for marketing unless you opt out in writing.

10. Scheduling Changes

We may adjust:

• Instructors
• Schedule
• Location

Without refund obligation.

11. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for cancellations due to events beyond our control (e.g., weather, emergencies).

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.

13. Agreement

By completing your booking, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms
• You agree to all policies
• You accept the No Refund Policy and Waiver
