To maintain a positive learning environment, Phoenix Bachata Academy reserves the right to deny participation or remove any student with a full refund if hygiene or personal conditions pose a health risk to others. Additionally, we reserve the right to dismiss any participant without a refund for repeated behavior that is inappropriate, harassing, predatory, violent, reckless, or otherwise disruptive to the safety and well-being of our community.
